It's been a long time since I've been on my blog, but I'm back and ready to blog. Kind of late right now. But I want to say this to all who may read this one day.
When does one turn and look at oneself and say hey I don't want to be mistreated so let me not mistreat anyone?

Hey y'all
I know that life is short, that is literally and figuratively speaking. See it's been almost six years since my dad past away while taking an nap. And this past week brought me back to those feelings (though I didn't show it)when my Studsband (like a husband but only a girl) father had a massive heart attack, and a quint(5) bypass. This could have ended his life. God spared him and that is truly a blessing. I do not ever want to see her go through what I went through. Though their relationship is on the mend she loves him and that is her father and we all are glad to know that he is doing so well. GET WELL SOON POP AND WE LOVE YOU.
But my aunt is missing she has been missing for at least two months now. She is my mom and uncles baby sister. She is the aunt that in my early years was around the most out of all aunts and uncles. She always holds a special place in my heart. But here is my problem. I grew up had kids and a life of my own. moved away and haven't kept the best contact among some other things. So recently we reconnected and I told her that I would call her. This was maybe March or April last time I talked to her. I kept telling myself call Aunt Lisa. Here came May and before I could call her again I get a call from one of her daughters telling me that they haven't seen her or heard from her in a while. It is now July and her first news report was yesterday. I am so emotional right now got so many feelings and thoughts and memories in my head.

Hey Y'all,
Unemployment is a real issue today. But who in power is really trying to help. I mean I know that we have people like Tyler Perry, etc., but I mean government power. I am a Barack Obama supporter, but when at every turn what ever he does others try to undo, how will this country get any where? I mean in his campaign 3 years ago one of the points he made was that he was going to try to put jobs back in this country by cutting down on the amount of imports we get. Let's be real about it. We as Americans can build our own cars and sew our own clothes and make our own toys and produce our own sheet wall and on and on. We don't have to rely on China and all those other Asian countries that we rely on for seem like everything. I mean report after report shows that those Asian countries have poisoned so many of the products that we get from them. So why continue to do business with them on that level. It is not an even playing field. What do we give them in return? I mean what is our import to those Asian countries? If we can get those stuck in the mud government officials to understand that if they invest in Americans the money will keep recycling and we all can get in a better position in life.

I mean why are we(the U.S)in debt? Who are we in debt to? And most importantly how can the government tell us that we can't get a home or business loan or whatever because our credit is bad? Their credit is worst than my credit is and a lot of Americans for that matter. If I don't pay the bills, I lose the services. So who does America owe trillions of dollars to and why haven't they cut the services? America has talented and gifted people here, to the point that we can sustain ourselves. We have enough oil in our own country that is plenty enough for us. If each state pulled its natural resources together we can be the richest country again. But as long as people with the power continue to be greedy, selfish and plain out have a lack of compassion and respect for fellow human beings we will continue to fall. It is 2011, and it is time for us to unite, like the country says we are supposed to be. The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Let it mean something to us. I challenge any one with the means, to build a recreation center for the youth in your community. Give the children something to do constructive. Don't just build a building and say, I done it. Employ people to run it. With the objective that instills culture and broader horizons. Help the future of America, help the future of our kids.

Hey Y'all
   O.k. I am a supporter of equal rights, and privacy, and the right to free will, etc. I feel that there are true drugs and things labeled as drugs and really are not. Alcohol is a true drug yet it is legally sold in every state just about every city. It cause many people to do harmful things to other people. some just can't handle it at all whether it be a little or a lot.  Yet, I and many others drink it cause we choose to. It's our business. But as harmful as it is it's still legal. Then there is the issue of a less harmful (mislabeled) drug marijuana. I have in the past partaken in the choice to smoke it. But I and many, many, many others have not done any thing to anyone else because of the choice. Because weed mellows people out. It does not make you aggressive. And it is not a gateway drug. Truly there is no such thing. People choose to do what they want. I have never wanted to nor have I tried anything else. I can see what that does to people. And then came the legal version of weed.  It gives the same affect and yet still does not cause psycho behavior. Yet from my understanding it is in talks that it will soon be outlawed. And my question is WHY? We as people can choose what we want to do to ourselves. Though I have much more to say I will end here because:
                 It's our business, not yours.

Famous and down to earth

Hey ya'll
I just by chance had to go to the New Orleans airport. It was my mom, girlfriend and me. Well not knowing how to get there, being that was our first time, we got there early and just sat around until time for her (Mom)flight. Within two hours we met Lance Gross. He was very cool and even took a pic with my mom and me. Then we met Isaiah Washington he was not cool. He told my mom that he was in a meeting (@ the airport)and he would come over to where we were in ten mins. Well needless to say he did't give us a secound thought. And mind you we were not making a scene. Not loud, not over excited, very low key. He got up and left. Walked over to go get on his plane and by this time more than ten mins. had past and we patiently waited for him to be a butt to two fans. So s--t on him. Then we met Trech frm N.B.N. He was even more cooler then I could have imagine. He took a pic with my girl and I, talked a few mins and I thought wow this is a day. I saw K.G also frm N.B.N but did not talk to him. I think I saw Chef G. Garven not sure did not talk to him either. Then we met Ms. Anna Marie Horsford (I think I spelled it right) for any one that is unsure whom I am talking about, she played as Thelma on Amen and the mom on the Friday series. She was so sweet and down to earth and she gave me a hug(I got a hug frm them all cuz that's what we do in the south we hug)but Ms. Horsford hug felt like an aunt that hasn't been seen for a long time. Just awsome. I did not expect to see any famous people I only wanted my mom to go on vacation and except for Mr.Washington her vacation was off to a great start. I hope that is a sign that her vacation will be great. I will post pics later. Still in N.O.

Overweight???

Good Morning,

     I was reading the Yahoo news headlines and came across an article about overweight.
Lets talk about that for a moment. In the article it mentions that those overweight are because of constant eating. REALLY? No. It is a combination of things that have many Americans overweight. One of them being the chemicals in the food, water, and air. Then add to that lack of activities in everyday life. Then add to that whatever medications a person maybe on (because really we are a nation of drugs, can see a drug commercial 20 times in an hour). There are people overweight because they are genetically predisposed to be that. Then there are some that have medical issues that are causing the weight gain. What about overweight people that really don't eat a lot I mean barely anything all day, (and yes they exists)?
   The article also encourages you to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables. I agree with that, but can we get fresh fruit and veggies that ripen naturally and not with gases? I mean ripened fruit and veggies will have the vitamins that our bodies need not to mention the taste is exceptionally better. I can go on all day. I'm not. I just want people to be aware that some of these studies are not to help you but to shift the blame and not mention all the facts so please educate yourself if you find yourself in that overweight topic.
    Most important love yourself no matter what. And find what works for you and makes your soul happy.

Welcome all to my blog and I thank you in advance. Just to let you all no a lil about me and what to expect from this blog, is the honest truth at all times from me. I tell it like it is with the utmost respect. And though some may be offended, I am an American with the right to FREE Speech.
